At Nike West London, I championed the integration of SOLE (Service, Offense, Leadership, Execution) into Back of House operations. By applying SOLE principles, I ensured that our team worked with the same consumer-first mindset as the sales floor. From receiving and processing product with speed and accuracy, to supporting offense by keeping stock available and organized, to leading new starters through hands-on training, and executing critical tasks like RTV and replenishment, SOLE became a framework for efficiency and accountability. This approach elevated BOH from a support function to a core driver of the store’s success.
